Our Guiding Principles
We are all unique. In referring to our uniqueness, we use a phrase known as, biochemical individuality. Biochemical individuality, which sounds complicated, simply refers to the unique nutritional needs each person has based on their individuality. Your individuality is derived from how you have lived your life to-date and as a result of that lived experience, this is what is required to improve the basic and complex functions of your body and its various systems, right to your base genetic material.
Drawing on nearly twenty years of experience in the nutritional sector, we have made two key observations that help to dictate our approach to ‘treatment’.
First, the human body requires four substances to live; air, water, sunlight and food. These are the essential elements to life and regretfully, the quality of three of these (air, water and food), has declined dramatically over the past fifty to seventy years. During this time, we have made significant advancements in science and healthcare but these cornerstones to our health are often overlooked in evaluating our reproductive health, undermining our reproductive systems.
To put it simply, a sperm cell is created and developed from the nutrients within our dietary intake and yet, our dietary and nutritional status is rarely evaluated in healthcare settings.
The second observation that we draw from, is that interfering with normal bodily functions can lead to unknown and unwanted secondary issues. Borne out through clinical research, in optimising the fundamental cornerstone of our health – diet and lifestyle – we can restore homeostasis in our systems. This restoration in our homeostatic controls, will allow our bodily systems to function optimally again and our reproductive system is no different.
Admittedly, the hard part is identifying what is wrong, why it went wrong and developing a course of action to correct the issues and to restore function.
In our twenty years of experience, working closely with men and women, fertility specialists and clinics, as well as not-for-profit organisations from all over the world, we have become adept at investigating the full breath of reproductive and endocrinological health, developing individualised solutions for the identified problems.
