Introduction

Welcome to Improving Your Fertility's Affiliate Program. This page outlines the terms and conditions of your affiliate relationship with Improving Your Fertility (“Affiliate Relationship”). This agreement is between you and Improving Your Fertility. By signing up for our Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Terms of the Affiliate Relationship

In this Affiliate Relationship, you will use your referral hyperlink or code to refer your clients or followers to improvingyourfertility.com. You will be paid on a commission basis. You will earn commission on every sale made to a customer who clicked your referral link.

You will be paid on the tenth of each calendar month for the total amount of commission earned during the preceding calendar month (for example, you will be paid on February 10 commission for all applicable sales made between January 1 – 31).

This is not an employment relationship and we reserve the right to cease, cancel or otherwise change the terms of this Affiliate Relationship at any time, at our sole and absolute discretion. You will be notified of any and all changes, and such changes shall take effect upon issuance of said notice. The terms of this Affiliate Relationship terminate and supersede all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof.

If your referral requests a refund on a purchase you will not receive a commission on that purchase. In the event your commission has been paid already, it will show as a negative on your commission balance in the following month. 

Affiliate Obligations

As the affiliate, you agree that you will abide by and comply with The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) and the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI) regulations and guidelines, including without limitation the GUIDANCE ON INFLUENCER ADVERTISING AND MARKETING found here: https://www.asai.ie/wp-content/uploads/Guidance-on-Influencer-Advertising-and-Marketing-FINAL-compressed.pdf?

You agree that you will not make any false or misleading health claims about products sold or available on improvingyourfertility.com.

Liability and Indemnity

Improving Your Fertility will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages resulting from the affiliate's participation in the program. The affiliate agrees to indemnify Improving Your Fertility against any claims or legal actions related to the affiliate's participation in the Program.

Modification

Improving Your Fertility reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and will be bound by the updated terms if they continue their participation in the Program.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Irish law.

Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms and conditions.
